Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms. Faux Getter operates by appointments only. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to follow our policies and terms of service. 

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual client and Faux Getter regarding the use of your website and services. This is a legal contract between the individual user and Faux Getter regarding the use of our website and services. Upon booking, you will be required to sign the policy agreement. Anyone unwilling to sign liability waiver will not have an appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and refuse to sign the waiver, your $200 deposit will be forfeited for disrespecting the schedule by which our artist lives by. Please take time to review our Terms and Policies to better serve you.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS 

At Faux Getter, microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. There are NO guarantees. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

 

Furthermore, we will not tattoo completely above your natural brow hair or too far beyond your natural growth pattern. We are not plastic surgeons so do not expect a huge brow lift as we need to follow your natural growth. Talk to a plastic surgeon first if you feel that your brows are extremely droopy. We will not tattoo brows too dark from your natural hair or make anything fake looking. We will not go through with the procedure if we cannot agree on a shape that looks good for your face. We cannot tattoo something that we do not think will look good as this is ethically wrong and we cannot put our name on the result.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
At our discretion, Faux Getter may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

A $200 deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments at Faux Getter. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

​LATE  POLICY

Please get familiar with our location HERE and prepare yourself for Dallas traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time, Faux Getter has a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 10 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please allow 72 hours (3 business days, we are closed on Sundays & Mondays) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKE UP NOT BY FAUX GETTER

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval here. After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited. ​​​​​

TOUCH UP SESSIONS

Initial procedure appointments require a mandatory 6 week touch up. This appointment must be scheduled no more than 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, you risk losing too much ink and may require an additional 6 week touch up. Healing can be unpredictable as it varies person to person. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please book online HERE.

Annual touch-up prices are not included with your initial or 6 week appointment. This appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up. If you wait longer than 12 months for you annual touch up, you may have to start all over. Maintaining with annal touch ups is very important.

WAITLIST

We always recommend to book an appointment to reserve your time with your preferred artist. However, we do have a waitlist available on Vagaro, this list is to serve the need for clients who wants an earlier appointment time then they already reserved. When an appointment time opens up, Vagaro will automatically email you to let you know that you can move your appointment to the earlier date that became available. This is done by the booking software, not by the artist themselves.

​​​GRATUITIES/TIPS

At Faux Getter, gratuities are always welcomed and very much appreciated. You will have an option to add gratuity at check out.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT & GUESTS POLICY

You are solely responsible for your conduct while at Faux Getter, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights. Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure.

Termination

Faux Getter reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated. Faux Getter has every right to refuse service to someone for not agreeing on shape or color. We will also not tattoo anyone who is unkind or insulting towards one of our artists. A strong level of trust and a positive attitude is required for proper chemistry between the client and artist. If you do not like or trust your artist, it is best you do not have the procedure done and find another artist. Strong rapport will allow greater understanding and produce better results. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem not suitable for permanent makeup or for any other reason deemed. Our technician will make the decision to perform services on an individual based on their own discretion. If all services have been rendered, but the artist is not comfortable with you, you will not be able to scheduled for future appointments.
