For all appointments, we charge your card a $200 deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Please get familiar with our location HERE and prepare yourself for Dallas traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time, Faux Getter has a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 10 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please allow 72 hours (3 business days, we are closed on Sundays & Mondays) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.
APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY
Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separate from your initial appointment. However, if you would like a consultation before booking the procedure, complimentary consultations can be booked online.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT & GUESTS POLICY
You are solely responsible for your conduct while at Faux Getter, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights. Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure.
A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments at Faux Getter. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
TOUCH UP SESSIONS
Initial procedure appointments require a mandatory touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, you risk losing too much ink and may require an additional 6 week touch up. Healing can be unpredictable as it varies person to person. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply.

Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.
We always recommend to book an appointment to reserve your time with your preferred artist. However, we do have a waitlist available for each artist, this list is to serve the need for clients who wants an earlier appointment time then they already reserved. When an appointment time opens up, we contact from top to bottom of the list and the first to confirm will be booked. You can be added to the list by calling us. Please keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (Info@FauxGetter.com). After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.
At Faux Getter, gratuities are always welcomed.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS
At Faux Getter, microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. There are NO guarantees. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
Furthermore, we will not tattoo completely above your natural brow hair or too far beyond your natural growth pattern. We are not plastic surgeons so do not expect a huge brow lift as we need to follow your natural growth. Talk to a plastic surgeon first if you feel that your brows are extremely droopy. We will not tattoo brows too dark from your natural hair or make anything fake looking. We will not go through with the procedure if we cannot agree on a shape that looks good for your face. We cannot tattoo something that we do not think will look good as this is ethically wrong and we cannot put our name on the result.
